Brandon Rolle represented ANSJI as an intervener in heard by the Supreme Court of Canada. 

A research project that seeks to reduce the overrepresentation of Black Nova Scotians in the criminal justice system.

ANSJI will be in Cape Breton Nova Scotia, to engage the local African Nova Scotian & Black people of African Descent community.

This case represented a significant shift in the law and is seen as the leading case on the sentencing of Black offenders in the country.
